As Edouard noted, this blogging tool has a minor defect:  it does not read the tilde.  When you leave your url in commenting, please replace it with the characters %7E (or %7e).  For instance, instead of typing www.umsl.edu/~piccininig, type www.umsl.edu/%7Epiccininig.  It will work.
